Is this serious laxative overdose? pls help, scared?

Im 18 and have had a combination of Anorexia, Bulimia for 6 years, I'm currently in treatment but i have gone quite down hill and im going back into hospital in around 3 weeks. I dont usually use laxatives but i feel i have pushed myself to far this time??? I have not eaten for 2 days which i know isnt to long but ive eaten 5 packets of jols today and alot of gum.. is this considered as laxitive abuse or could this be an overdose? I'm scared because i feel like my body is shutting down right now i have the most unbelievable cramps that are stretching to my heart and really bad diarrhea and i feel like im going to vomit and feel quite faint!! should i seek medical help?? please help!!
