Pelvic pain, bloating, diarrhea/constipation. What's wrong?

I would go to a doctor to get this checked out. It sounds to me like a bowel problem though. I have IBS, and experience things like that a lot. When I'm having problems with my IBS I'll have diarrhea, take some pills then have constipation. I'll have a very tender abdomen and it will make really loud noises. It hurts a lot. What helped me was going to a chiropractor, and by helping me get my spine fixed and the nerves in the spine fixed, it helped my IBS. Sometimes I'll still have flare ups, but not too often, and it is a lot better than the awful medicine I was prescribed for IBS. I would go to a doctor though just to see what they think it could be. It could be IBS, or it could be something completely different. The only real way to know if going to a doctor.
