Too many Laxative Help! (Little detail, no worries)?

Hello. SO yeah, I took to many laxatives. I guess it's not a lot though. It was Dulcolax and it recommends 2 for adults but your allowed to take three. I took 4. I've never used laxatives before this so 4's a lot for me. My stomach bloated out like a blimp about 2-3 hours after I took them. IT HURTS SO BADLY. (my stomach) and yeah the rest hurts. ANy tips at what I should do? I don't have any fruit in the house. And I don't have a car to take anywhere. Thank you SO MUCH
