I got a faint positive but im still confused about this. I need everyones opinions...?

You say you had a faint positive I am assuming you mean from a home pregnancy kit well if that is the case you are pregnant I have never heard of a false positive as those test are looking for a hormone that is only produced by the body when pregnant faint or not a positive is a positive!
