Lower left side of my face feels numb and tingly D:?

About a month ago, I took laxatives that didn't react well to my body. My face got extremely numb, my heart rate was at 168, I was getting dizzy ever 10 seconds and I felt lightheaded. Now, at random moments, the lower left side of my face gets numb and feels tingly especially when I lay down. It stays like that for a while then goes away. What can it be?
