i'm not going to fight anyone particularly, i'm just weaker than my friends and i hate it. the only thing i know is hitting the nose up so it will go to the brain, but that will kill, and i don't want that. i just want to know how to defend myself, so any tips?? hanks:)x

Obama still seems to be in perpetual campaign mode and NEVER in any kind of leadership mode. He likes to make a great speech about something and then pawn everything off on someone else while he goes golfing far away from the fray.He pawned the stimulus and Obamacare off on Pelosi, and pawned the debt crisis off on Biden. He submitted a joke of a budget a few months ago, and then didn't even try to come back and defend it except a couple of very vague speeches in which he mumbled something about raising taxes. Obama should be focused 100% on our economic crisis, and should be on TV outlining his plan (which it is clear that he doesn't even have). Instead, he waits for the GOP to actually come up with a plan, then only comes on TV to demagogue it to death with lies and half truths while never offering an alternative. This demonstrates a COMPLETE lack of leadership! Even Jimmy Carter at least TRIED to do something. Obama won't even do that. he just goes golfing which is a slap in the face to the rest of us who are struggling.

My dad is so disrespectful to my mom, I can't take it?

Everyday for my whole existence (17 years) my father has verbally abused my mother. Where to begin........My mother is honest to god the sweetest person I've ever had in my life. Everything she does it's for her kids and never for herself. She cooks, cleans, does everything and doesn't expect a thank you. My father is an alcoholic but in denial, he has gotten drunk every night for the past 17+ years. He yells at my mom all the time, calls her stupid, dumb, even calls her a cow....Which is so freaking disrespectful to say to the mother of your 3 kids. The woman who does your laundry, cooks your food, cleans your house, does everything while you sit your butt down and watch tv. I have an anger problem because I can't deal with him saying that to my mom, I feel the need to defend her because I can't see this happening but no matter how much I scream, curse, or whatever, the process repeats day after day with no change. I obviously can't sit down and have a conversation with him because he won't change his ways, he is how he is and that's how he's staying. I just can't imagine the impact he's leaving on my mom that's why I try to be as nice to her as I can and tell her not to listen to my dad. Hello. SO yeah, I took to many laxatives. I guess it's not a lot though. It was Dulcolax and it recommends 2 for adults but your allowed to take three. I took 4. I would go to a doctor to get this checked out. It sounds to me like a bowel problem though. I have IBS, and experience things like that a lot. When I'm having problems with my IBS I'll have diarrhea, take some pills then have constipation. I'll have a very tender abdomen and it will make really loud noises. It hurts a lot. What helped me was going to a chiropractor, and by helping me get my spine fixed and the nerves in the spine fixed, it helped my IBS. Sometimes I'll still have flare ups, but not too often, and it is a lot better than the awful medicine I was prescribed for IBS. I would go to a doctor though just to see what they think it could be. It could be IBS, or it could be something completely different. The only real way to know if going to a doctor.

What is the maximum amount of laxatives you can take in 1 day?

It depends on what kind of laxative you are using, but if I remember correctly you can take 1-2 pills, then wait 6-12 hours and see if you pass a bowel movement. If not you can take another dose, so depending the maximum would be 4. Read the box that you have, or look up the brand name you should be able to find some information online. Never take more than needed, otherwise the experience will be excruciating. If you can't pass a bowel movement within a week, and you took laxatives, I highly suggest you see a doctor since that can be a sign of a serious problem (such as a bowel obstruction). All in all I'd suggest using fiber drinks, and eating lots of fruit instead of a laxative, even when you take the right dose it can be pretty uncomfortable.

I caught trespassers bulldozing my property that I've owned for over 50 years. These unknown "thugs" went down to their friend the Magistrate and the Magistrate "wrote" out the criminal complaint (in Magistrate's own handwriting" "made up the content" the "thugs" signed the criminal complaints and the Magistrate issued three summons for my arrest for "Peace Bonds" against me on my own property for telling these unknown trespassers to leave my property. This was all witnessed by other people when I caught these "thugs" bulldozing and taking down my trees. I retained an attorney, went to Court, and another Magistrate told these "thugs" to never do anything like that again. The Magistrate let these "thugs" go. The Magistrate did not make the "thugs" pay for the damage or my expenses. I now have a criminal history for three misdemeanors on crimes that I did not commit. So, I had to file for an expungement. So, I filed a complaint against the Magistrate that conspired with the "thugs" with the Judicial Commission and have attempted to get the Prosecuting Attorney to pursue criminal charges against these unknown "thugs" for extortion. (These "thugs" have continuously returned to my property and continue to cause damage.) The prosecuting attorney will not pursue charges and will not take my telephone calls or respond to my correspondence. In fact I am unable to get any local attorney to assist me due to the corrupt involvement of the local Magistrate. I filed for an injunction against these terrible criminals and have provided my deed, survey, witness statements, witness testimony and the "thugs" have provided "nothing". These terrible unknown men have stalked, harassed, threatened, assaulted, threatened to file more false criminal reports against me, etc.. --- The local sheriff took a report, but never investigated and stated that "a lot of very powerful people in the community " were watching this situation. -- The deputy said that is all that he could do for me. -- It has been over one year with 6 "show cause" hearings and the "thugs" attorney just keeps continuing and continuing. -- I have filed three "motions for Summary Judgment" , but the Judge just keeps denying my Motions, but will not give me an order with the facts and conclusions of law. I have requested that the Court provide me with the Court's order so that I can appeal the denial of my motions for summary judgment. These "thugs" need to be prosecuted for their criminal acts and I can't seem to get the Court, prosecuting attorney or law enforcement to do their job. So, how do I get the prosecuting attorney to at least investigate this matter?

Even if someone is recording some illegal activities without permission, will they still get arrested?

Like on a tape recorder. I learned in school that if you record something without permission, you would go to jail. But what if the stuff that you are recording is just as illegal, then what will happen. Gas issues, please help?

Hi, I am a 17 year old girl who for the past almost 10 months has been dealing with constant gas, belching and minor bloating. I've went to my doctor who has suggested things such as activia, laxatives and the gas relief pill but nothing has seemed to have an effect. The gas starts in the morning when i wake up and continues throughout the day. Sometimes i can go to make a bowel movement and the gas will stop but only until i eat something else. My bowel movements are also difficult for me to have and the stool is hard and small. I can eat virtually anything and it gives me gas. The gas doesn't have an odor to it, it's like it's just air. Sometimes my stomach and the area between my lower abdomen and leg on both the left and right sides just growl like crazy, sometimes even causing discomfort a bit. Because of this issue i have been stressed and i've had severe anxiety, i get nervous just being around anyone for fear of flatulence and it's driven my self esteem to an all time low. At times my nerves seem to cause gas too. I'm going to a College Campus live-in in 2 weeks and i need this problem to be gone or atleast controllable by then. Please help! :(

Money Out of Thin Air?

Actually, it is money and debt that are created together. The process is really easy. The fed prints notes, bills and sells them. Treasury Notes and Bills are debt. In practice, it is the fed borrowing money from the general public and repaying the loan with interest at some later time. Money is simply a common denominator form of exchange for goods and services. The fed could have used barter instead of currency to achieve the same end, goods and services used to trade for goods and services, with money in the middle acting as the transfer medium. The current financial crisis happened because of loans made to people who could not afford to repay the loans. The banks made money off the process. They KNEW the loans were never going to be repaid, but took the short view of some money NOW rather than much more later. They then then repackaged the debt and sold it as an asset, like stock in a company on the reasoning that mortgages always get repaid! These now are referred to as toxic assets. The banks sold the public a bill of goods. It all came apart when people started defaulting on loans. The mortgage lender takes out insurance for a default, to cover the loss. So, the insurance companies started losing a lot of money because of what they had to payout for each default. THAT is where the fed stepped in and deposited money into the insurance companies to keep them in business, in the lending banks that were "too big" to fail. The bailout money was LOANED, not given. The companies have to pay it ALL back with interest. The problem is that the process added dollars to the total amount of currency in circulation, so the dollar is being diluted, worth less in terms of goods and services. So, the money they pay back will be worth LESS than the money they received TODAY, and THAT is where the general public loses. All of the companies saved with dollars today, are being paid from a dollar that ends up worth less tomorrow, at the expense of the general public who uses dollars to pay for goods and services. I have simplified the process here. But this is basic economics 101. This is mostly the fault of greed on the part of lending institutions and insurance on loans that would not be repaid. The problem is there is no way to prosecute the individual person in a lending institution who made the first predatory loan, knowing it was likely not going to be repaid. Or the person who approved a mortgage for 120% of the value of a house. The 120% loan is where people got in "underwater" since 120% inflated the value of the house to more than it was really worth, which WORKS in a rising market so in a while the house increases to the inflated value. But what happens if you default? Easy, you owe more than the house is worth and you lose everything in foreclosure. But, it is THOSE banking people who took the money from those loans and ran, leaving the defaulting buyer to fall on someone else's doorstep, the insurance companies who insured the loans against default. Like I said, huge amounts of simplification here. I hope you get the big picture on what the collective errors in judgment of tens of thousands of people in mortgage lending did to all of us. THEY, get away completely free with the money that eventually comes out of our collective pockets via the federal government bailing out Wall Street, investment banks, mortgage companies and the insurance companies. What goes around, comes around... In the end, it is the general public that pays the price through diluted currency. Without the fed stepping in and propping up businesses that would have folded, it would have been MUCH worse. Instead of delaying the price to the public over years as it will, it would have hit our pocketbook like falling off a cliff. Instead of the cliff, we are taking the long way down to the bottom. THAT is how the fed saved the present economy and avoided a crash like 1929 and the Depression that followed in the 30's.

I have two people who have conspired to commit perjury against me in court by claiming I was at two different locations on two different days. Life is really frickin' hard. It sounds like you're going through a rough time right now. This happens to everyone at some point, so don't fell alone. From what your saying it doesn't sound like you're clinically depressed, just "normal" depressed, if that makes sense. From my experience not talking about it makes it worse. Your family and friends are there for you. Even if you only have one conversation about it with soemone, it will make you feel better and not burden the person. I just need some impartial opinions here. Recently a lot of my friends have been commenting on my weight and eating habits. I said this to my mum and she said she thought I should eat more, but she doesn't seem to understand it's not that easy as food makes me feel anxious. I feel like I'm two different people: one who is very focused on restricting food intake and one who is aware that my eating habits are a bit odd. In the past 8 months or so my weight has dropped from 138lbs to around 106lbs, and I'm 5"2, so I'm not underweight. I have been eating progressively fewer calories during this time, now rarely eating more than 500 and often eating under 300. If I do eat too much I use exercise and laxatives to avoid weight gain. I weigh myself twice a day otherwise I get anxious. I tried to tell my mum that there is a bit of me that's concerned about my health - I am constantly cold, often dizzy and my periods have stopped - but I found it hard to be straight with her and I'm not sure she really understood what I was getting at. I don't know if my behaviour is normal to others or not, as it is just how I live now so obviously it's normal to me. The side of me that's worried would like to seek help because I'm worried that my period's stopped but I'd be embarrassed if I didn't really have a problem and I'd wasted the doctor's time. Well on monday some (2 or 3) girls asked me to sit with them and we had slight tensions earlier in the year and it was strange so i thought they were doing it to try and set me up for something mean... About a month ago, I took laxatives that didn't react well to my body. My face got extremely numb, my heart rate was at 168, I was getting dizzy ever 10 seconds and I felt lightheaded. Now, at random moments, the lower left side of my face gets numb and feels tingly especially when I lay down. It stays like that for a while then goes away. What can it be?

I am wondering if there is a way to get my felony residential burglaries from 11 years ago dismissed?

I live in California. I have contacted my local Public Defenders office and they say I do not qualify. There MUST be some way I can get these off my record so I can seek more gainful employment and restore my broken marriage. My wife is insistent that the crimes are off my record though she knew about them before we were married; I was given false information years ago by my public defender that the process would not be hard to get them expunged, in which I passed that information on to her when we were still dating. Though the best case scenario would be that the love my wife had for would be so great that something like this wouldn't matter, unfortunately thats not the case right now and I KNOW God brought us together and I am tryng to make sense out of all this and I have to believe that there is some way to make these felony's disappear. Though I pray that God softens her heart and something like this won't matter, I still have to try whatever I can and exhaust all my resources. I am off probation, I only served county jail time, I have paid all my restitution and I have not not been convicted of anything since. These crimes were strikeable offenses and I did receive strikes (you cant strike out on 1 case). I have a 17 year suspended sentence. There has to be something I can do, no matter how bad my chances may seem, to get these off my record. I was looking at 20-35 years in prison and by the grace of God alone, I only served county time. There has to be something that california law, some exemption, some loophole or special circumstance? Joining the Army Reserve perhaps? Really I am open to all suggestions. From what I understand, the 2 most common dismissals, though I'm not sure of the penal codes, the public defends office says I do not qualify for. Thanks in advance.

Reoccurring nightmare about baby killing mother?

My wife is currently pregnant and ever since we found out, I've been having very disturbing dreams about the baby forcing it's way out through my wife's stomach. Ferrets do not throw up hairballs like cats, they have to process them. A laxative or even some petroleum jelly will fix that. If the ferret has a dry cough that you hear frequently, it probably has a hairball. Just give it some of the laxative for a few days and it should be fine. A few days ago I went off my healthy lifestyle and ate whatever I wanted for 3 days, and by Sunday I was running a fever and I was sick to my stomach. I've been hospitilized for constipation in the past, but I didn't go in because its so embarrassing... I took a laxative but it did nothing, so yesterday i took double the amount to no avail.. I've used a heating pad to try to relieve pain, but it hurts so bad that if I walk for more than 3 minutes I'm on the floor almost crying my eyes out. It feels like my insides are in knots.
